Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Technician to install, service, and upgrade a wide range of systems, including satellite TV equipment, satellite internet, 5G technology, and other internet and technical installations. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to offer products and services on-site to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain satellite TV, satellite internet, 5G, and other technical systems.
  • Perform upgrades and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries.
  • Offer and promote additional products and services during on-site visits.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in technical installations (satellite TV, internet, 5G, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and versatility in handling diverse technical tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test.
