Ability to act with integrity and professionalism while exercising discretion. Advanced understanding of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS. SHRM-CP a strong plus. Reliably commute toLos Angeles CA. The Opportunity
We seek a Human Resources Director who will be critical in collaborating on shaping our human resources strategy and enhancing employee engagement. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and the position is based in our Los Angeles office.
Accountable for
- Strategic Leadership : Alongside our CHRO develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals particularly focused on improving retention and employee satisfaction.
- Employee Engagement : Design and implement initiatives to boost morale engagement and organizational culture.
- Performance Management : Oversee performance appraisal systems that promote continuous feedback and development.
- Compliance & Policies : Ensure all HR practices comply with local state and federal regulations; update policies as necessary to foster a fair and equitable workplace.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize analytics to assess trends and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
