job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. 46 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics ideally within the medical device or life sciences industry . Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF. Proven success in supplier negotiations and relationship management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Onsite requirement : fully onsite for 2-3 months, hybrid flexibility to WFH 2x per week after onboarding period is completed
Must have hands-on expertise in Excel : VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF to be considered for this role!
What Youll Do :
- Analyze supplier performance, market trends, and cost structures to identify savings opportunities.
- Support supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations to achieve best-in-class quality, cost, and service outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Planning to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Conduct cost modeling and should-cost analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, ISO 13485).
- Monitor supply chain risk and industry trends to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
