Fabletics is currently looking for a Sr. Technical Project Manager.

How Do You Fit In? As a Sr. Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will play a pivotal role in managing projects for our proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS) and broader supply chain technology stack. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances technical understanding with strong project management discipline, and is highly organized and detail-oriented. This position will report to the Director of Product Evolve.

What You Will Do :

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for WMS and supply chain initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations leaders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Drive sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and project tracking using Jira and other tools.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early, and drive mitigation plans.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support change management and post-deployment monitoring to ensure smooth rollouts.

Compensation & Total Rewards :

The annual base salary range for this position is from $100,000-$115,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
