Responsibilities :

If you are a therapist with a strong background in mental health counseling and a genuine desire to help, you could be an excellent fit for this role. We are seeking candidates who are empathetic, culturally competent, and adept at building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Providing individua and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Collaborating with clients to develop coping skills, stress management techniques, and strategies for improving overall well-being.
• Monitoring clients' progress throughout treatment and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Providing crisis intervention and support as needed to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
