BOM Engineer

BOM Engineer / Analyst

We are seeking a skilled BOM Engineer / Analyst who will play a crucial role in both engineering and manufacturing. This role involves taking engineering change orders from our current database, creating workflows and bills of materials to be uploaded into our ERP system for manufacturing parts. The successful candidate will ensure product data quality in the Bill of Materials and material masters based on charted drawings and product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create material masters and bills of materials.
• Handle the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process by implementing changes into Teamcenter.
• Review and document changes in drawings made by R&D into Teamcenter.

Work Environment

This position requires on-site work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The master data group is a small, close-knit team that offers flexibility with work-from-home options. Typical working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. After six months, access to Udemy is provided for additional training opportunities. The team consists of two consultants and two direct analysts.

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
