QA Architect

About the Role : The QA Architect plays a pivotal role in defining and implementing the quality assurance strategy across business services projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This position is responsible for designing scalable and efficient testing frameworks that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. The QA Architect collaborates closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to integrate quality processes seamlessly into the software development lifecycle. By leveraging advanced automation tools and methodologies, the role aims to reduce defects, improve test coverage, and accelerate release cycles. Ultimately, the QA Architect ensures that the business services delivered meet or exceed customer expectations for reliability, performance, and usability. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 3 years in a QA architect or lead role. Proven expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies. Experience with continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) tools and processes. Preferred Qualifications : Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline. Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments. Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level or Certified Agile Tester. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Groovy.
