    • About the Role

    We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Product Actuarial Services to play a key role in shaping the future of the retirement industry. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Actuary and Chief Product Officer, leading the product development and management team to optimize our product offerings. This is a unique opportunity to influence product vision while driving innovation in our retirement solutions.

    Key responsibilities include :

  • Directing the product actuarial team to provide insights on product risk management and profitability.
  • Overseeing the creation of pricing assumptions, models, and methodologies that enhance product competitiveness.
  • Partnering with marketing and sales to design and roll out innovative products that meet market demands and support business goals.

    • The ideal candidate will possess :

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; FSA designation preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of actuarial experience in the life insurance sector, with a focus on product development.
  • Strong leadership abilities and deep knowledge of annuity products, pricing strategies, and risk management.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
