What You’ll Do

As our Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making every event a success. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Planning, organizing, and overseeing events from start to finish.
  • Coordinating with clients to understand their vision and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Managing event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown.
  • Collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handling last-minute changes or challenges with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone with the following skills and qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Organization : Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving : The ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations with ease.
  • Motivation : A self-driven and trustworthy individual who takes initiative.
