We are seeking a professional and energetic Call Center Customer Service Manager in Carrollton TX, to lead and develop a team of representatives in a high-volume call center environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, coaching and motivating your team, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring customers receive best-in-class service. The ideal candidate will have proven call center leadership experience, a strong background in customer service operations, and a friendly, outgoing personality that inspires and energizes their team.
Requirements :
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am–5 : 00pm fully in-office
Benefits :
Compensation : $70,000–$90,000 annually depending on experience
