We're seeking the right candidate for the position of LPN Floor Nurse at Manhattan Community Care Center . In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table :

Essential Qualifications :

• Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.
• Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records.
• Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.
• Prepares and administers medication and treatments.
• Consults with physicians.
• Receives and records orders as required.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate :

• Current Mississippi Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current / active CPR certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

Must possess the following skills :

• Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
