About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Market Access Strategy for New Technology. This role will place you at the forefront of crafting and implementing comprehensive strategies to secure coding, coverage, and payment for our innovative portfolio of products and services. As a key player in the early diagnosis of individuals at risk for coronary artery disease, you will oversee both the strategic and operational dimensions of market access.

Your primary responsibilities will include

Leading market access initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Designing effective communication tools to showcase the clinical and economic value of our technologies.

Developing evidence generation strategies to support technology adoption.

Engaging with senior leaders, payers, and providers to secure coverage and negotiate contracts.

Fostering partnerships to enhance education and accelerate technology implementation.

The ideal candidate will have

Over 10 years of experience in health economics and reimbursement for medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.

A strong network within U.S. private and government payer organizations.

A minimum of 7 years leading teams in market access, payer relations, and health economics.

We require exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of reimbursement mechanisms, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing education to internal teams on reimbursement and market access strategies that support our business objectives. A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. You should be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.
