This position works out of our Plymouth, MN, location in the Electrophysiology (EP) division.
Main Purpose of Role :
As an Operator I, you'll work under direct supervision, performing routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.
What You'll Work On :
Performs Casting / Coating functionsExamines medical devices and related assemblies after molding operations to locate bubbles, nicks and / or excess epoxyUtilizes small drills, reamers, taps, and knives to access bubbles and remove excess epoxyPatches and repairs bubbles or voids using syringes and small tools; bakes parts to cure epoxy patchesPerforms Mechanical Assembly functionsKits, assembles, bonds, coats, and processes medical devices and related parts using microscopes and applicable toolsLocates and corrects problems by examining devices and components and visually inspecting parts / assembliesRepairs and corrects devices and related components using microscopes and applicable toolsPerforms Packaging FunctionsKits, assembles, and packages devices and related accessories using applicable toolsLocates and corrects problems using a microscope and applicable toolsReviews all device documentation for completeness and accuracyMay set-up / utilize special test equipmentShift :
Monday - Thursday, 5 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM, with potential overtime
Required Qualifications :
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions - Understanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packagesAbility to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importanceAbility to handle and maneuver small components and partsAbility to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervisionThe base pay for this position is $13.90 $27.80 per hour.
