Essential Duties
As a Scheduling Manager at Tutor Perini Civil, reporting to the Project Executive you will have the opportunity to :
Lead the scheduling function for the division to include supervision of project schedulersPrepare and maintains schedules, develops and reviews project baselines, monitors and tracks reportsSupport the projects in all other aspects of scheduling analysis and special studiesPrepare summary and detail level schedulesDevelop full Critical Path Method (CPM) logic-generated baseline schedules for projectsPerform monthly progress updates and create target comparison and periodic look-ahead schedules. Monitor and track progress at detailed and summary levelEnsure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all timesDevelop and periodically update cost and / or resource loaded schedulesParticipate in BD and business unit marketing activities in the development and preparation of proposal presentations, including developing preliminary bar chart schedules and staffing chartsProvide support and training in the use of project and scheduling software to office and jobsite staffMinimum Requirements :
15 or more years of experience in the construction and or engineering sector8 or more years' experience in project scheduling for large civil infrastructure projects using Primavera 6Experienced in scheduling for projects in excess of $200M valueScheduling Manager experience desiredExperienced in development of resource and cost loaded baseline schedulesCapable of accurately estimating labor hours, activity durations and detailed cost breakdown of projectsExperienced in assessment of risk and performance of forensic delay analysis and time impact assessment in case of project delays and claimsExperienced in Oracle Primavera P6. Working knowledge / experience with MS Office (Word / Excel), Procore, Bluebeam, Estimating softwarePossess a good understanding of the logistic drawings used to produce and update the schedules.Demonstrates the ability to create new Excel format spreadsheets as needed.Utilizes excellent written and verbal communications and team skills.Tutor Perini builds extraordinary projects with exceptional talent.
