What You’ll Do :

• Lead all welding-related activities, from developing and maintaining WPS / PQR documentation to qualifying welders.
• Review customer specifications and ensure project-specific welding requirements are met.
• Oversee and support welding technicians on the shop floor, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Research and implement new welding and fabrication methods to improve performance and productivity.
• Provide training, testing, and performance oversight for welders, fitters, and assemblers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support R&D on new processes and technologies.
