Duties and Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics to determine system layouts and installation requirements.
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
• Inspect electrical systems and equipment for compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
• Diagnose electrical issues and repair malfunctioning systems or components in residential, and commercial settings.
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Provide input on electrical design for new construction or renovation projects.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the safety of yourself, coworkers, and customers.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist with ordering or procuring materials and equipment for jobs as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor​
