Chipton-Ross is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer for a contract opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :

• Active secret clearance required to start.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6+ years of C / C++ VxWorks / Linux embedded software development thru all phases of software lifecycle.
• 6+ years of experience with multi-core processor (LS1046A & Zynq System-on-Chip) SW development & integration.
• 6+ years of algorithm development experience; such as, target detection and tracking.
• 4+ years of experience with Bus / Protocols : MUX, Serial, I2C, 1553.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile Scrum processes including CI / CD pipelines, Dev-ops practices.
• 3+ years of experience with Doxygen, git lab, Bit-bucket, Para-soft.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

Looking for Embedded Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to work on missile seeker software using C / C++ VxWorks / Linux thru all phases of software ranging from requirements analysis through code implementation and formal qualification testing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :

REQUIRED EDUCATION :

Accredited Bachelor's Degree.

WORK HOURS : 4 / 10-1st Shift.

ADDITIONAL :

Candiadte must have an active secret clearance.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
