SUMMARY
The Credit Learning and Growth Officer will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance communication, training, and development for Credit Analyst and Lending functions. In addition, they will be responsible for enhancing ongoing training for those groups, including administrating gaps assessments, and co-developing in-house training curriculum.
This role will lead and oversee the , designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential early-career talent.
