Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a government agency in the financial sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Information Technology Solution Delivery program supporting the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning successfully with the organization’s mission to deliver innovative technology solutions.

Job Title : Business Systems Analyst

Location : Madison, WI (Onsite; candidates must be current residents of Wisconsin. No relocation is permitted. The role requires a minimum of two days per week onsite.)

Pay Range : $44.5

What's the Job?

• Lead and support the growth and operation of the Information Technology Solution Delivery program at the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.
• Serve as an expert resource, utilizing extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Design and improve business processes through detailed documentation and process analysis.
• Ensure quality assurance and software testing methodologies are effectively implemented and adhered to.
