• Schedule : 1 week a month, M, Th, F in clinic; 9AM-4 : 10PM
• Call : 24hr Call Tues and Weekends.
• Location : Within driving distance of Louisville, KY
• Requirements : Active KY license preferred. IMLC or FCVS considered. Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
• Pay : $2,000 / day + Travel & Lodging
