About the Role

In the Lead role, you will be equipped with foundational knowledge on our tech stack and consulting approach so you can hit the ground running. You will play a critical role leading project workstreams, combining elements of account management, project management, hands‑on delivery, and team coordination.

Initial day‑to‑day responsibilities may include :

• Executing on client projects end‑to‑end, from scoping to transition, which may include :
• Designing and building financial models in Excel, Fabric, or Abacum
• Designing and building financial reporting in Power BI or Abacum
• Designing and building finance data warehouses in Fabric with our data engineering partners
• Evaluating and defining planning related business processes
• Training and supporting client resources
• Managing client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact between the client and OVG and playing the role of trusted advisor
• Coordinating and mentoring OVG team members on project delivery
• Contributing to internal product and service development, including delivery frameworks, accelerators, demos, and software products

Some travel may be involved but not more than 20% in total. Our team is entirely US‑based, and we operate remotely as a baseline.
