Occupational Therapist Hand Therapist (PRN)

Location : 5155 US Hwy 98 S Suite 5C Lakeland FL 33812

Schedule : MondayFriday PRN

Pay : $47 / hr

Join our outpatient orthopedic center as a PRN Hand Therapist. CHT preferred but new grads with Level II fieldwork or OTs with 1 year of hand therapy experience are encouraged to apply. Treat a variety of upper extremity conditions. Splinting experience a plus. Work alongside skilled hand surgeons and access mentorship for CHT certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the evaluation plan of care treatment re-evaluation discharge and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
• Develop treatment plans supervise assistants and aides contribute to case management and provide quality patient care.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
• Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
