Location : Carroll County, MD

Job Description :

Weekday role (Mon-Fri), visiting geriatric patients (approx. 6 visits / day).

Possible on-call and weekend coverage.

Requirements :

2-3 years of home care experience

Proficient in OASIS documentation

BLS, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle

Active MD or compact RN license
