Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Lead Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for a credentialed technician with strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and a desire to mentor and support other team members. The Lead Veterinary Technician works closely with the medical and management teams to ensure high standards of care, efficiency in daily operations, and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and support the veterinary technician team, ensuring quality care and adherence to hospital protocols.
• Mentor and train new and existing technicians and assistants.
• Facilitate scheduling, workflow, and delegation of daily tasks.
• Assist in all aspects of small animal surgery, from intake to discharge.
• Perform all aspects of veterinary technician duties including (but not limited to) :

Patient restraint and handling

What We Offer :

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay range starting at $18-24 / hour.  We are offering a $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
