Responsibilities :
- Review and assess Salesforce records to identify outdated or incorrect information.
- Update and input accurate and relevant data into the Salesforce platform.
- Maintain a clean and organized database to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Cross-check and verify the accuracy of sales lead information.
- Implement standardized processes for tracking and managing sales leads effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across systems.
- Meet daily data entry targets while adhering to quality standards.
- Utilize Salesforce tools and features to streamline data management workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor database inconsistencies as needed.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with its functions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent typing skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to quickly adapt to established systems and workflows.
- Previous experience in data entry or database management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable working onsite in a small team environment.
