We’re hiring a Chief Engineer to lead maintenance operations.

This is a dual position over Maintenance for 2 Hotels Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites.  If you're hands-on, solutions-driven, and ready to lead with purpose — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As Chief Engineer, you will :

• Lead and support the engineering team on repairs, maintenance, and preventative care
• Prioritize and assign daily work orders, guest service requests, and safety checks
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
• Assist and step in for the Director of Engineering when needed
• Ensure all equipment, systems, and procedures comply with hotel and brand standards
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations as required
