Locum - Physician - OB / GYN - Longmont, CO

Details :

Start Date : ASAP - Pending Credentialing

24 hour call (7a-7p)

Total of 9-10 shifts needed per month

Site will not schedule providers more than 2-3 day stints

Setting : Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call Trauma Level III

FTE : 2.0

Required Procedures / Job Duties : GYN Emergencies, Obstetrics including C-section

EMR : Epic

Support Staff : RN

Reason for Coverage : Gaps in Coverage

Facility Details :

Census : Patient population, Adolescents / Adults

Number of Beds : 8

Admissions : 1 Per Day

Do they have in-house anesthesia : Yes

Number of deliveries per month : 30

OB / GYN Practice : Family Practice, no midwives

Site unable to schedule providers more than 4 consecutive days for patient safety

Requirements :

• Board Certified OB / GYN
• Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
• Active DEA (HIGHLY PREFERRED). Facility will consider transferred DEA, however must keep this DEA for duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.
• Must be willing to work 24 hour shifts
• Local / Drive-In Candidates (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
• OB / GYN Residency
• Clean Malpractice / Background
