Description

Chick-fil-A is hiring Director of CareDo you like sending cards or texts to cheer people up? Cook when people are sick? Love to plan parties? Look forward to peoples birthday or anniversairesThis job is for you!!

All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program.

We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates can be part-time or full-time.

Must be 25 years or older.

Leader responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Design strategy and set goals.
  • Set policies and systems / processes.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports.
  • Coaching.
  • Run shifts and staff according to position.
  • Evaluate staff.
  • Follow food safety goals and regulations.
  • Use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results.
  • Use computers and iPads.
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations in the store.
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes.
  • Make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment.
  • Like a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Be an encourager.
  • Can lead a diverse age group.
