Title : Senior Pricing Analyst

Location : Tampa, FL (onsite or hybrid, with flexibility)

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, analyze, and prepare cost and pricing models for proposals and contracts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals align with company objectives and compliance requirements

Review RFPs to identify pricing, cost model, and compliance needs

Support customer negotiations with detailed financial analysis and pricing justification

Lead and support audits related to proposals and pricing

Recommend process and tool improvements to enhance pricing efficiency

Partner with stakeholders to balance competitiveness, compliance, and profitability

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required

5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or cost estimating (manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industry experience required)

• Advanced Excel skills;

ProPricer or other pricing software experience a MUST

Knowledge of federal proposal regulations (FAR, DFAR, TINA) preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
