We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Office Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing both front-desk and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also playing a key role in supporting daily office operations behind the scenes.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Manage office correspondence and handle general inquiries
- Schedule appointments, work orders, and meetings efficiently
- Provide administrative support to office staff, including printing labels and preparing documents
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and order processing
- Process in-person sales orders and provide customer support as needed
- Help coordinate projects and ensure timely follow-up on tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and shared office areas
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
Q ualifications & Experience :
Previous experience in a receptionist or office assistant role is preferredProficient in computerized systems and software, especially Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)Strong multitasking and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional, friendly, and customer-focused attitudeHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJob Type : Full-time
