Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk. Your exceptional communication skills will be vital in managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, and providing assistance to both guests and staff.

Pay Range : $19.50 - $31.00 hourly

Location : Miami, FL

This will be an on-site job

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing appointments for staff members.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Process visitor check-ins and ensure proper security protocols are followed.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
