The A / V Support Specialis t will provide expert technical support and oversight of all audio / visual equipment and operations within the Dallas office, particularly within the Conference Center. This role includes direct client and ser support, ensuring seamless and professional meeting experiences. The technician will also assist with general IT support duties as needed. This position may require occasional overtime to support early morning or late evening meetings and events.
Experience & Qualifications
24 years of hands-on experience supporting and operating audio / visual systems in a corporate, legal, or professional services environment.
Proficient in video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
Experience with A / V control systems and hardware, including projectors, microphones, and flat panel displays.
Knowledge of basic networking principles (IP addressing, firewalls, bandwidth, etc.) and how they relate to video / audio streaming.
Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues in real time, under pressure.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outside standard business hours as needed to support meetings or events.
