OUR COMPENSATION PLAN :

1. EARN ON AVERAGE $26 PER SERVICE + GENEROUS TIPS! (AVG. TIP IS $20-$30 PER SERVICE)!

2. EARN $12.00 AN HOUR FOR ALL SIT TIME YOU SPEND ON SHIFT BUT NOT PERFORMING SERVICES ("WAIT TIME").

3. MULTIPLE DAILY PAID BREAKS AT $20 AN HOUR BASE RATE!

4. SICK PAY - AUTOMATICALLY EARN 3 DAYS OF PAID TIME OFF!
