This position is located in Fort Wayne, IN at a plastic facility. The company has been in business for nearly 30 years and is still experiencing growth. Plastic is used in a lot of heavy equipment, such as John Deere.3rd Shift Weekends – 7pm-7 : 30am; Friday-Sunday$15.80 / hrJob Duties : - Work on extrusion line where the plastic is melted down and formed in various shapes- Bending down to measure out the plastics, mark them and cut it with a circular saw- Work in the scrap area where they will cut up plastic and wood using a table saw- Filling hoppers / Gaylord buckets / bins with plastic pellets (this is the lifting aspect of the job)- Use tape measure, micrometers, and calipers Minimum Requirements : - 1 year in industrial environment- Lifting 50+ lbs regularly- This is a physical job when it comes to the bending required, it will make them sore in their knees and back the first week - it's a work out- Must be able to work in a facility that is not climate controlled and gets VERY hot during summer months due to ovens running- Must be able to read a tape measure and cut a straight line#Fort Wayne
