Part-Time Real Estate Sales Agent Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Agent Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our agents and ensuring smooth daily operations, transaction coordination, and client communication. This part-time position will require approximately 20 hours per week. This is an in-office position and requires an active Real Estate license. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Compensation : $25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review real estate contracts and documents (Buyer Agency, Listing Agreements, Offers to Purchase)
• Coordinate transaction timelines, schedule appointments, and attend appointments or showings as needed
• Communicate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and cooperating agents
• Review and organize disclosures and closing documents
• Measure properties and calculate square footage
• Coordinate with ancillary services (mortgage, title, and warranty)
• Manage calendar, database, and marketing initiatives
• Maintain and organize transaction files and documentation
• Prepare monthly reports and agent billing
• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
