About the Role

Are you passionate about helping people and ready to kick-start your career in retail sales? We’re looking for a Counter Sales who’s enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of our brand—helping customers find the right products, keeping our showroom in top shape, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include :

  • Answering incoming customer phone calls and providing support
  • Assisting customers at the sales counter and over the phone with professionalism
  • Proof orders for accuracy.
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Working with customers at the counter
  • Supporting additional tasks as needed—teamwork is everything!

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is :

  • Friendly and customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and quick to learn
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team

    • Physical Requirements

    This role includes some physical activity. You must be able to :

  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  • Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience / retail experience required
  • Bilingual required (English and Spanish)
  • Proficiency with basic PC applications, Windows environment, accessing the Internet and E-mail
  • Maintain a positive attitude and help others when time permits.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
