A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to provide interim leadership to their People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to the People Operations team during maternity leave
Lead processes related to year-end performance reviews, compensation planning, learning & development, talent management, and culture building
Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, talent engagement, and development matters
Required Qualifications :
7-10 years of progressive experience in multiple HR / People Operations functions
Experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment is preferred
Proven ability to manage evolving priorities with exceptional organizational skills
Demonstrated initiative and a solutions-focused mindset
Effective collaboration skills in a team-oriented culture
