Your Role : As a Surgical Technologist I, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient surgical environment. Your expertise in aseptic surgical techniques will ensure patients receive the highest quality care.

Schedule : Full-time evening shifts with on-call responsibilities, requiring arrival within 30 minutes, ensuring we are always ready to meet our patients' needs.

Major Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment, assisting with gowning, gloving, and preparation of supplies and equipment.
• Function effectively as a Second Assistant during procedures, anticipating the needs of the surgeons.
• Ensure operating room safety and efficiency by setting up and returning equipment promptly, and maintaining specialty carts.
• Transport patients and manage patient positioning with care and precision.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the age of patients served, understanding their specific needs.

Qualifications :

Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend frequently during shifts while adhering to safety protocols.
