Real Estate Systems Specialist

The Specialist provides support for real estate systems to internal / external customers, including tax payment integration design and implementation. This role monitors and maintains high levels of application data quality, enhances data analytic tools through process improvements. The specialist conducts meetings with real estate system vendors to ensure continuous data enhancement.

Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Ability to perform basic analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience using PL / SQL or MS SQL - Preferred
• Ability to build Power BI reports and analyze the data.
