1. Service Department Coordinator
Support the team responsible for managing warranty and service requests after construction is completed. You’ll coordinate field schedules, document service needs, and serve as a liaison between clients, technicians, and internal departments.
19–$20 / hour | Full-time | On-site
Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, construction, or subcontractor-related work
Strong administrative and multitasking skills
Experience in dispatching or scheduling preferred
Must be organized, responsive, and proactive in follow-up communication
2. Project Admin Support Specialist
Provide administrative support to project managers by managing documents, contracts, closeouts, and project communications throughout the construction lifecycle.
22–$24 / hour (DOE) | Full-time | On-site
Minimum 4 years of experience in construction administration
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore, Smartsheets, and Sage are a plus
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines is critical
Must be capable of supporting high-volume, deadline-driven projects
3. Preconstruction Operations Assistant
Work closely with the estimating and business development team to organize bid proposals, track project documents, and support early-stage project planning and setup.
21–$27 / hour (DOE) | Full-time | On-site
Minimum 2 years of experience working with construction RFPs, proposals, or estimating teams
Comfortable with document tracking, digital file management, and deadline-based coordination
Experience with Smartsheets or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus
Must be reliable, efficient, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
Demonstrated experience in construction, subcontracting, or property management (see role-specific requirements above)
Highly organized and detail-oriented professionals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and with multiple departments in a collaborative setting
