Arkansas Talent Group is working with a rapidly growing company in North Little Rock , to help them find an Inside Sales Support Specialist for their organization! This position will support all aspects of inside sales through communication, database maintenance and follow through throughout the order process to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry and achieve the company's sales and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Process customer orders through various methods (fax, email, customer portals, phone) then coordinate and Track the order with local warehouses and outside vendors / manufacturers.
- Create and follow up on customer quotes until either closed or upgraded to Sales Order.
- Track shipments and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate order status with Inside Sales Rep.
- Keep CRM data base information up to date.
- Assist with Social Media content / scheduling
- Communicate with internal departments (shipping, accounting, service dept., inside sales).
- Perform filing and general clerical duties.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalentWillingness to learnGrowth and goal orientedMust be a good listener, team player and enjoy a support roleStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, Access)Knowledge of Monday.com / Netsuite is helpfulDetail orientedStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task is very importantBenefits :
