The Opportunity (Immediate Impact)

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, results-driven A / R pro who can jump in quickly, stabilize aging, and keep cash flow humming across locations. You'll work in Oryx Practice Management and Microsoft Office within a supportive, high-standards revenue cycle team.

Key Responsibilities

Submit and track dental insurance claims accurately and on time

Proactively follow up on unpaid claims; resolve denials / rejections

Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits

Post insurance / patient payments, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies

Produce / send statements, manage payment plans, handle billing inquiries

Maintain accurate A / R aging and provide regular updates to management

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and industry best practices

What You Bring

2+ years dental billing / A / R experience (preferred)

Solid knowledge of CDT codes and dental insurance processes

Meticulous attention to detail; strong organization and follow-through

Clear, professional communication and problem-solving skills

Comfort with Oryx and Microsoft Office (or quick learner)

Compensation & Benefits

18–$21 / hour (commensurate with experience)
