The Inside Sales Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Association's sales and lead management functions. This position is responsible for administering and vetting incoming leads, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the effective delivery of financial programs such as AgDirect, Farm Credit Leasing (FCL), and CoBank Cash Manager. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and collaboration across business units to drive efficiency and maintain high service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and administer leads generated from third-party sources, external partners, and online inquiries.Vet all incoming leads for quality and relevance before advancing them to appropriate owners.Provide informed guidance to leads based on working knowledge of relevant products and services.Collaborate with the data team to identify, procure, and curate third-party marketing lists.Analyze and organize marketing data to support targeted outreach and lead generation and conversion efforts.Program Delivery
Serve as the primary internal resource for the delivery and support of :AgDirectFarm Credit Leasing (FCL)CoBank Cash ManagerEnsure timely and accurate processing of program-related inquiries and applications.Act as primary point of contact with external product providers.Team Collaboration & Redundancy
Partner with the Knowledge & Experience (KE) team to share responsibilities and ensure continuity and timeliness of service.Provide backup support and maintain cross-training documentation to ensure customer responses remain best in class.Job Qualifications and Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field.You are required in office 5 days per week for the first 2 weeks; weeks 3 - 8 in office 4 days per week with the option of Friday remote; after week 9 you will follow the in office requirement based on your job role. This is based on manager discretion and meeting performance expectations.Compensation and Benefits
