About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Healthcare Business Operations and Growth to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader, responsible for driving operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable revenue growth. This role involves overseeing the business operations function, including account management, enrollment, business intelligence, performance reporting, and growth initiatives. The VP will also be a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and other leaders, ensuring that operational and commercial priorities are aligned and that the company's strategy is translated into measurable results. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, business strategy, or commercial management, with at least 5 years in an executive or VP-level position. A deep understanding of healthcare delivery and technology-enabled care models is essential, with a preference for those experienced in palliative, value-based, or home-based care. The role requires a proven track record in leading both sales and business operations functions, particularly in a high-growth, venture-backed environment. Expertise in healthcare economics, payer / provider dynamics, and value-based payment structures is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, adept at driving results through cross-functional influence, and have a strong background in performance management, financial reporting, and data visualization tools. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA, MHA, or equivalent preferred.
