The Impact you will have in this role :

Being a member of the IT Asset and Service Management team you will be part of a diverse and collaborative team with critical responsibilities to protect the financial services industry and serve our clients, both internally and externally. As a ServiceNow ITOM Architect, you will be directly responsible for ServiceNow’s ITOM suite of products and discovery, as part of the ServiceNow Engineering team, playing a critical role in the modernization of how we ensure assets and / or configuration items are managed and the relationships between them. This role provides a unique growth opportunity to use your experience, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain an accurate and reliable CMDB.

You will be primarily responsible for the delivery and support of ServiceNow discovery data integration into the CMDB, Event Management, and other ITOM product features. You will lead our existing discovery integration by maintaining and enhancing, as well as configuration of new, patterns and data sources for our hybrid environment. The person in this role will also work collaboratively across business and technology services to drive discovery remediations and / or troubleshooting efforts. The candidate must have strong communication skills with the ability to articulate problems, solutions and actions through concise and clear messaging and have demonstrated the ability to assess complex issues and structure potential solutions to drive resolution with senior stakeholders.
