• BC / BE Internal Medicine Physician opening due to growth
• Large multispecialty group practice
• Approximately 55% commercially insured patienst, 40% Medicare, 5% HMO
• See around 25 patients per day
• 4.5 day work week
• Income guarantee ($200k+ DOE) for years 1 & 2 plus Bonus formula
• Transition to productivity-based comp in year 3 or once practice is ramped up
