Project Coordinator - Global Operations

We are looking for an experienced, passionate operations Project Coordinator to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our global Operations team and join us in our mission to deliver the best employee experience at Fluke. This role will collaborate across our Global Operations team and the extended business teams on projects to drive quality, performance, and project execution. This role will span across all geographies to support our rapid growth of our operations team. The ideal candidate is someone who cares deeply about driving operational excellence, enjoys problem solving and is excited to tackle new challenges. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a variety of key strategic projects in the areas of compliance, site transformation, integration and acquisition and team planning
• Scope projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing the current state, working with collaborators to articulate a clear future vision, the business value to be delivered, and a strategic plan to accomplish it
• Document root causes of issues, identify gaps, analyze trends, research industry standard processes and make recommendations to improve employee experience and operational efficiencies
• Develop and coordinate preparation of tangible deliverables such as internal process documentation, user guides, governance / stakeholder materials, communications and process maps
• Support the team through purchasing and supplies management for the team
• Lead our communications plan and own our content and cadence on operations activities

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 54,625 - 101,315
