Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.

Construct, install, and repair concrete forms, structures, and frameworks.

Measure, cut, assemble, and install formwork, scaffolding, and shoring to support concrete pours..

Ensure proper alignment, levelness, and stability of forms prior to concrete placement.

Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project success.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.

Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concrete carpenter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in concrete work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
