Job details Spherion Staffing has a Project Architect position available in Fargo. The Project Architect is responsible for specific technical design aspects of assigned projects, including the design process and construction administration, that best meet the client's needs. Responsibilities :

Develop project documents during the design, bidding, and construction phases
Communicate the project related issues and decisions to the client
Assist with project presentations to the client and others as required
Meet established project budgets and schedules
Implement the project quality control measures
Coordinate with the construction team, on a day-to-day basis, during the construction phase of the project
Effectively utilize technical software; with required proficiency in Revit
Provide professional interaction with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants and colleague

Education : Bachelors

Experience : 4-7 years

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction Management is required

Minimum of 5 years of architect experience and licensure is required

Ability to make decisions

Software experience with Revit

Ability to exercise independent judgment and diplomacy

Excellent writing and communication skills
