What Youll Do :

• Provide mental health services to individuals and families conducting thorough assessments and offering client centered care
• Document progress write detailed notes and maintain accurate records
• Offer compassionate support to help clients manage life challenges and improve their overall well-being
• Utilize evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes and deliver the highest quality care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory professional and ethical standards
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients needs and support their emotional growth

Who You Are :

• Determined and result driven individual while maintaining strict adherence to regulations and ethical standards
• Knowledgeable highly organized and innovatively-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Competent highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment

What You Need :

• Masters degree in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience providing therapy particularly to children and families
• Active LMSW LCPC LGPC or LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
• Openness to see clients in-person
